About Me
Caring for your mental health is an act of self-compassion and empowerment. It is never too
early or too late to seek support, and there is no wrong reason to reach out for help. Therapy
offers a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space tailored to your needs, where your well-being
is always the priority.
My approach is grounded in an integrative framework, meaning that therapy is adapted to your
unique needs and experiences. Because each individual is different, therapeutic approaches are
thoughtfully selected based on what is most helpful for you. I place great importance on building
a strong therapeutic relationship and taking the time to truly understand each person’s lived
experience. I use various techniques to explore your life experiences, emotions, thoughts, and
behaviours to foster self-awareness and help you work toward your personal goals. I value
individuality, comfort, and collaboration, and I strive to create a space where you feel supported,
understood, and empowered.
I work with adults, adolescents, and school-aged children facing a range of challenges, including
stressful life circumstances (such as physical illness, academic or occupational stress and
burnout, trauma, or loss), relational difficulties, low mood or intense emotions (including
anxiety, depression, anger, and guilt), low self-esteem, body image concerns, and eating-related
difficulties. I also work with athletes, supporting both emotional well-being and performance
within a sport-specific context. In addition, I conduct adult psychodiagnostic assessments, with a
particular focus on Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Spectrum
Disorder (ASD).
I am a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) graduate from the Université de Moncton currently
completing my residency under supervision of licensed psychologists for the College of
Psychologist of New-Brunswick. I have experience in intervention and evaluation with children,
adolescents, and adults in hospital, academic, community, and sport settings.
