Individual Therapy

Are you looking for one-on-one support? Are you feeling tired, stressed or overwhelmed? Are you struggling at work or in your day to day? Working along side a mental health professional in a supportive and confidential environment can help you improve your mental well-being. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or other concerns, individual therapy offers a tailored approach based on your context and your needs,  as well as your psychologist's area of expertise.

Child and Adolescent Therapy

Is your child or adolescent struggling at school, at home or in their personal life? Are you feeling unsure on how to help? Childhood is a time of remarkable growth and development, but it can also be a period of significant change and challenges. Therapy for children and adolescents can include providing therapy directly to them or offering support their caregivers. The chosen therapy approach is customized to fit the specific context, the child's needs and age, and the family dynamics.

Couples Therapy

Are you experiencing stress or resentment that impact your relationship? Are you seeking to increase the connection or improve communication between you and your partner? Couples therapy is aimed at helping partners experiencing relational challenges arising from infidelity, trust issues, intimacy issues, poor communication, low conflict resolution, life transitions, and more. Couples therapy can also help couples gain insight on themselves and their own inner world (e.g., needs, desires, thoughts, emotions) as well as its impact on their partner and the relational dynamic.

Psychodiagnostic Assessment

Are you looking for a mental health diagnosis or a clarification on one? Are you looking to better understand your mental state and patterns? Are you needing accommodations to improve your functioning in the work or school setting? A psychodiagnsotic assessment is conducted over various sessions to include a clinical interview, the administration of psychological testing, and a feedback session where the results of the assessment will be shared with you. Report writing is also typically included in the assessment process.

Are the services covered by my insurance provider?

To determine whether your psychological services are covered, it is best to connect with your insurance provider. Contact them directly or review your insurance policy documents to understand the specifics of your coverage for mental health services. It is important to note that we do not directly bill your insurance company. The services need to be paid for upfront before the possibility of getting reimbursed by your insurer.
